柚子聚宝袋 Yuzu Eight Treasure Bag

 

材料
豆腐卜、日本毛豆20克、番茄粒40克、
杏子20g、核桃30g、白果20g、
熟虾80克、熟带子80克、
油200毫升、Kewpie柚子芝麻沙拉酱80毫升

做法
1.将豆腐卜剪开,把内部翻出来,下锅油炸至定型。
2.取一大碗,放入熟虾、白果、番茄粒、杏子、日本毛豆和熟带子,淋入Kewpie柚子芝麻沙拉酱调味拌均匀。
3.将食材塞入豆腐卜内,即可享用。

Method
1. Cut the Tofu Pok, turn it inside out and deep fry until the shape is set.
2. Use Kewpie Dressing Roasted Sesame Yuzu Taste and mix well with other ingredients.
3. Lastly, stuff the filling into Tofu Pok, ready to be served.
