花香开心果杯子蛋糕 Vanilla Pistachio Cupcakes

蛋糕材料
Dr. Oetker Nona 杯子蛋糕预拌粉1盒,
油120毫升、清水120毫升、鸡蛋3粒

芝士奶油霜
牛油200克、芝士奶油100克、糖粉120克

装饰
食用干玫瑰适量、开心果适量
纸杯(随Dr. Oetker Nona
杯子蛋糕预拌粉附送)

做法
1.在搅拌缸内,将Dr. Oetker Nona 杯子蛋糕预拌粉加入水和鸡蛋搅拌2分钟,加入油,继续拌打1分钟成滑面糊。
2.将蛋糕面糊料倒入杯子内至2/3满。
3.将杯子蛋糕放入预热至180℃的烤箱内,烘烤15-20分钟。
4.芝士奶油霜做法:牛油加入芝士和糖粉一起拌打至发起。
5.将芝士奶油霜放入挤花袋内,在冷却后的杯子蛋糕上挤上奶油,放上玫瑰花干,撒上开心果碎,完成。

 

Cake Ingredients
1 Dr. Oetker Nona Cupcake Vanilla Mix, 120ml oil,
120ml water, 3 eggs

Cream Cheese Ingredients
200g butter, 100g cream cheese, 120g icing sugar

Garnishing
Some edible dried rose, some pistachio
Paper Cups (FREE in pack with Dr. Oetker Nona Cupcakes Vanilla Mix)

Method
1. In a medium bowl, whisk Dr. Oetker Nona Cupcake Vanilla Mix with water and egg for 2 minutes till fluffy. Add in oil, continue whisk for 1 minute to become smooth batter.
2. Place paper cups in muffin tin. Pour the batter into paper
cups, about 2/3 full.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
4. Let cool 5 minutes in the pan then remove cupcakes to a wire rack to cool completely.
5. To prepare cream cheese: Whip the butter, cheese and sugar on high speed with mixer (1-2 minutes) until thick, fluffy and spreadable.
6. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes, top with some dried roses and chopped pistachio. DONE.
