乳酪玉米曲奇饼Cheesy Nachos Cookies

【材料】
面粉150克、牛油150克、帕美森芝士茸90克、粗粒玉米粉60克、现磨黑胡椒粉1茶匙、干洋莞荽1茶匙

【做法】
1.把牛油和面粉以搓的方式混合成粗沙状。 (图1)
2.加入芝士茸、粗粒玉米粉、黑胡椒及干洋莞荽。(图2-5)
3.把搓好的面团分成2份,放入两张油纸中间。 (图6-7)
4.把面团擀平至3毫米厚,收入冰箱。 (图8)
5.用切刀随意切割出形状。(图9)
6.放入预热至170℃ 的烤炉里烤 12-13分钟或至金黄色。(图10)

【Ingredients】
150g flour, 150g butter, 90g Parmesan grated or powder, 60g polenta coarse texture, 1 tsp crushed black pepper,1 tsp dried parsley

【Method】
1.Mix butter and flour until sandy using rubbing in method. (pic 1)
2.Add in grated Parmesan, polenta, crushed black pepper and dried parsley. (pic 2-5)
3.Flatten the dough evenly in between 2 pieces of grease proof paper. (pic 6-7)
4.Roll out the dough to 3mm and chill to set.(pic 8)
5.Cut with cutter into desired shapes. (pic 9)
6.Bake at 170℃ for 12 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. (pic 10)
