人参鸡Ginseng Chicken

【材料】
全鸡1只(不超过1.1公斤为准)、人参1条、红枣10粒、枸杞1汤匙、盐适量、清水500毫升

【做法】
1.把鸡处理干净,放入智能炖锅内锅里。
2.加入红枣、枸杞、人参及清水至将近满;加盖。
3.选择SOUP“煮汤”键,它即会自动完成烹调。
4.最后以适量的盐调味即可。

【INGREDIENTS】
1 whole chicken (less then 1.1kg), 1 piece ginseng, 10 red dates, 1 heaped Tbsp ‘kei chi’ wolfberries, Salt to taste, 500 ml water

【METHOD】
1. Wash chicken and place into the large Microcomputer Stew Pot ceramic inner pot.
2. Add the dates, wolfberries, ginseng & water until the water is almost reaching the top. Cover the lid.
3.Select SOUP function and the machine will cooks automatically.
4.Last, take out the ceramic inner pot, add salt to taste, serve warm.
