伪啤酒苹果果冻Fake Beer Apple Jelly

材料:
无糖苹果汁700毫升
黄糖2汤匙
吉利丁粉10克
玻璃杯3-4个

做法:
1.取一小锅,倒入吉利丁粉和3汤匙的苹果汁,以小火加热,搅拌至吉利丁完全溶解。
2.倒入剩余苹果汁和黄糖,小火搅拌至黄糖完全溶解后离火。
3.将苹果糖浆预留100毫升,剩下的倒入玻璃杯内至8分满,放进雪柜冷藏过夜。
4.将预留的苹果糖浆放进雪柜冷藏至凝固后取出,使用打蛋器将苹果果冻快打至呈泡沫状(温度越低,泡沫越稳定)。
5.用汤匙小心将苹果汁泡沫铺在苹果果冻上,然后放入雪柜内冷藏2个小时,即可享用。

METHOD
1.Mixes custard powder with 3 tbsp apple juice in a skillet, heat with low heat and stir until powder dissolved completely.
2.Pour in remaining apple juice and brown sugar, keep stirring until sugar dissolved.
3.Keep 100ml of apple syrup, pour the rest into glasses until 80% full; keep in fridge overnight.
4.Put the reserved apple syrup in freezer until frozen; and then blend until fluffy (the cooler the better result).
5.Use spoon carefully spread the fluffy apple syrup on top of apple syrup, keep in fridge again for 2 hours before serving.
