冬瑶咸香五花肉Salty Scallop Pork Belly

【材料】
A:冬瓜块6块(每块约40克)、五花肉200克、鸡汤300克
B:辣椒干10克、蒜米粒8粒、小葱头8粒、梅香咸鱼粒40克

【调味料】
蚝油2汤匙、黑酱油适量、鱼露1汤匙、糖2茶匙

【做法】
1.冬瓜切块;五花肉也切块状。(图1-2)
2.开烧锅下油爆香材料B。(图3)
3.之后下调味料和五花肉干炒爆香。(图4)
4.最后注入鸡汤和冬瓜块细火焖煮大约20分钟后即可上桌。(图5-7)

【Ingredients】
A:6 pcs winter melon at about 40g each, 200g pork belly, 300ml chicken stock
B:10 pcs dried chili, 8 pips garlic, 8 pcs shallot, 40g Mui Heong salted fish fillet

【Seasoning】
2 tbsp oyster sauce, some dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tsp sugar

【Method】
1.Cut winter melon into block, cut pork belly into blokcs.(pic 1-2)
2.Heat oil in wok and saute ingredients B until fragrant.(pic 3)
3.Toss in seasoning and pork belly, stir fry until fragrant.(pic 4)
4.Add in chicken stock and winter melon, simmer in low heat for about 20 minutes, done.(pic 5-7)
