准牛膝煲猪手 Braised Trotter With Herbs

【材料】
准牛膝50克、猪手1/2只(剁块)、淮山50克、米酒2汤匙、水800毫升

【调味料】
生抽2汤匙、黑酱油少许、盐少许、糖少许

【做法】
1.将猪手以沸水川氽洗净。
2.把准牛膝、淮山洗净,连同猪手、水及调味料放入锅中煮,滚后转小火继续焖约40-45分钟,至猪手够软及汁液粘稠。(图 1-2)
3.最后赞入米酒兜匀,熄火即可。(图 3-4)

【功效】补气益血,健脾安中,适合消瘦的少女保养身体

【Ingredients】
500g Niu xi, 1/2pc pig trotter, 50g Huai Shan, 2tbsp rice wine, 800ml water

【Seasoning】
2tbsp soy sauce, some dark soy sauce, salt & pepper

【Method】
1.Blanch trotter in boiling water and then wash.
2.Place washed Niu xi, Huai Shan and trotter in pot with water and seasonings. Once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for further 40-45 minutes until soften and gravy reduced.(pic 1-2)
3.Add in wine before serve.(pic 3-4)

【Effect】To supplement the Qi and blood of human body, especially good for those skinny teenage girls.
