南乳芝麻炸肉 Crispy Nam Yu & Sesame Pork

材料 :
上肉500克(切条)、蛋液1粒、木薯粉5大匙
腌料 :
南乳2片、南乳汁1大匙、糖2小匙、盐½小匙、生抽1大匙、五香粉1小匙、
胡椒粉½小匙、麻油1小匙、绍兴酒1大匙、芝麻2大匙
做法 :
1.将肉条加入腌料拌匀,腌2个小时,或者放入冰箱腌隔夜。(图1-4)
2.把腌好的肉条沾上蛋液,裹上木薯粉,放入热油里,要中火炸熟,至金黄色,即可。(图5-8)

Ingredients :
500g pork meat (shredded), 1 egg, 5 tbsp Tapioca flour
Marinate Ingredients :
2 pcs fermented red beancurd, 1 tbsp fermented red beancurd sauce, 2 tsp sugar,
½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp five spices powder, ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil,
1 tbsp Shao xin wine, 2 tbsp toasted sesame
Method :
1. Marinate pork shredded with marinate ingredients for at least 2 hours or keep into fridge overnight.

2. Dip the pork shredded with egg sauce, coat with tapioca flour, deep fried in hot oil till cook and
golden brown, done. (pic 5-8)
