南瓜培根煎蛋Pumpkin Bacon Omelet

【材料】
南瓜200克、鸡蛋5粒(打散)、培根3片、葱花1棵

【调味料】
盐及胡椒粉少许

【做法】
1.将南瓜洗净去皮及籽,刨成细丝,与蛋液、葱花和调味料拌匀。(图1-2)
2.用小火将培根煎香至油脂溢出,取出培根剁碎,拌入南瓜蛋液中。(图3-6)
3.把混合蛋液倒入平底锅,用培根油以文火煎成圆形蛋饼即可。(图7-8)

【Ingredients】
200g pumpkin, 5 eggs (beaten), 3 pcs bacon, 1 stalk spring onion(chopped)

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt and pepper

【Method】
1.Skinned and seeded the pumpkin; and then juliennes; mixes with egg sauce, spring onion and seasoning.(pic 1-2)
2.Sear bacon in low heat until oily; remove from wok and chop coarsely and then mix into pumpkin mixture.(pic 3-6)
3.Pour pumpkin mixture into pan and saute in low heat until omelet is formed, done. (pic 7-8)
