南瓜干贝粥 Pumpkin & Scallop Porridge

【材料】
南瓜1⁄2粒、干贝4粒、姜5片、红米1⁄8杯、白米1⁄2 杯
【调味料】
少许盐调味
【做法】
1.先将南瓜去皮切小粒;干贝用水浸软备用。
2.将米冲洗浸泡片刻,先在锅里加水煮开,再放入米及姜片煮半小时至滚。(图1-2)
3.加入南瓜及干贝,转小火慢熬至粥粘稠,以少许盐调味即可。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
1⁄2 pumpkin, 4 scallops, 5 slices ginges,1⁄8 cup red rice, 1⁄2 cup fragrant rice
【Seasoning】
dash of salt to taste
【Method】
1. Pumpkin seeded and skin, cut intocube; soak scallops in water till soft.
2. Wash rice and drain, then boil with water in high heat till boil.(pic 1-2)
Add in pumpkin and scallops, turn to low heat and simmer till well cooked, season with salt.(pic 3-4)
