南瓜红萝卜养生浓汤 Pumpkin Carrot Health Soup

材料
南瓜300克、红萝卜100克、包菜150克(切粗块)、鲜蘑菇5粒(切成四小块)、南瓜籽少许
调味料
Aji-Shio黑胡椒粉¼小匙、盐¼小匙、橄榄油1茶匙、鲜奶水50克、水500克
做法
1.南瓜和红萝卜洗净去皮切粗粒。
2.烧热锅,放油加入包菜炒香,再加入南瓜和红萝卜炒至香,加入水煮沸后,转小火煮约8-10分钟即可。(图1)
3.把材料放入搅拌机,搅拌至软滑。(图2-3)
4.然后再倒回锅中,加入盐、黑胡椒粉和鲜蘑菇煮沸后,加入鲜奶水拌匀即可。盛起一碗,洒一些南瓜籽,趁
热享用美味养生汤。(图4)
功效
含有丰富胡萝卜素,可在身体内转化成维他命A,可增强免疫力。但进食过多胡萝卜素会令皮肤变黄,不要每天都吃。

Ingredients
300g pumpkin, 100g carrot, 150g cabbage (cut into pieces),
5 fresh mushrooms cut into 4 pieces), Some
pumpkin seeds
Seasoning
¼ tsp Aji-Shio black pepper,
¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp olive oil,
50g fresh milk, 500g water
Method
1.Wash pumpkin and carrot, peel and cut into pieces.
2.Heat the pan with oil and stir fry cabbage, add
pumpkin and carrot fry until fragrant, add water
to boil, turn to low heat and cook about 8-10
minutes. (Pic 1)
3.Blend the ingredients until smooth. (Pic2-3)
4.Then pour it back into the pot, add salt, black
pepper and fresh mushrooms, bring to a boil,
add fresh milk and mix well. Take a bowl, sprinkle
some pumpkin seeds and enjoy the delicious
health soup while it is hot. (Pic 4)
