夏威夷披薩薄餅 Hawaiian Pizza

┃材料┃
水煮鸡肉丝1碗、黄梨片适量、水饺皮6张、有机蕃茄义大
利酱250克、莫扎里拉芝士碎适量、罗勒碎适量、橄榄油1
汤匙
┃做法┃
1. 將瑪芬烤盤塗上一層橄欖油,然後在每格內放入1張水
餃皮。(图1)
2. 依次序放入水煮雞肉絲、黃梨和約1湯匙的蕃茄義大
利醬。(图2)
3. 撒上莫扎里拉芝士碎和羅勒碎。(图3)
4. 放進烤箱,以180度烤約15分鐘至金黃色即可。(图4)

┃INGREDIENT┃
1 bowl blanched chicken meat (shredded), some pineapple
slices, 6 pcs dumpling skin, 250g organic tomato pasta sauce,
some grated Mozzarella, some chopped basil, 1 tbsp olive oil
┃METHOD┃
1. Grease muffin mold with olive oil and top with a
dumpling skin. (pic 1)
2. Add in chicken meat, pineapple slice and approximately
1 tbsp pasta sauce. (pic 2)
3. Sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese and chopped basil on
top. (pic 3)
4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes or light
brown. (pic 4)
