奶油芝士炒金瓜 Stir Fried Pumpkin with cream & cheese

材料 :
南瓜300克(切长块)、蛋液1粒、木薯粉适量
调味料 :
牛油2大匙、洋葱碎2大匙、面粉½大匙、水50毫升、鲜奶
150毫升、Parmesan芝士粉2大匙
做法 :
1. 把南瓜沾上蛋液再沾上木薯粉,重复两次,放入热油
里用中大火炸至金黄色和熟,捞起,沥干油,待用。

2. 烧热2大匙牛油,放入洋葱碎炒香离火加入面粉炒匀,
加入水、牛奶和芝士粉煮滚至浓稠。(图5-9)
3. 加入炸熟的南瓜炒匀,盛起,放上薄荷叶装饰,即可。

INGREDIENTS :
300g pumpkin(cut long pieces), 1 egg (beaten),
Some tapioca flour
SAUCE :
2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp chopped onion, ½ tbsp
plain flour, 50ml water, 150ml fresh milk, 2
tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
METHOD :
1. Dip the pumpkin on the egg mixture and dip
the tapioca powder, repeat twice; and then
deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain,
set aside. (Pic 1-4)
2. Heat 2 tbsp butter, add onion and sauté until
fragrant; remove pan from heat temporary,
add in flour and stir well. Add water, milk and
cheese powder and cook until thicken. (Pic
5-9)
3. Toss in fried pumpkin and then dish out, serve
it with mint leaves. (Pic 10)
