奶酪青酱松饼 Savory scones with pesto cheese and spring onion

材料:

高筋面粉425克、发粉25克、盐4克、黄糖100克、奶酪青酱110克、青葱85克(剁碎) 、奶油453克

顶料:

牛奶100毫升、Parmesan芝士50克、黄糖30克

烤炉预热至190˚C

做法:

  • 把面粉、发粉、盐及糖放入ELBA台式搅拌器内。
  • 加入奶酪青酱和青葱。
  • 加入奶油,搅拌至刚刚混合。
  • 倒入烤盘,收入冰箱冷却2小时。
  • 随意割切出自己喜欢的形状。
  • 涂上牛奶撒上黄糖和Parmesan芝士。
  • 放入ELBA烤炉以190˚C烤20-30分钟即可。

 

 

Ingredients:

425 gm Bread flour/strong flour
25 gm Baking powder
4 gm Salt
100 gm Brown Sugar
110 gm Pesto cheese
85 gm Spring onion – chopped
453 gm UHT whipping cream

Topping before baking
100 ml Milk
50 gm Parmesan cheese
30 gm Brown sugar

推荐

Preheat oven at 190˚C

METHOD:
1. Mix bread flour, baking powder, salt, sugar together in with a paddle in ELBA standing mixer.
2. Add in pesto cheese and spring onion.
3. Add in cream and mix until just combine.
4. Transfer to a tray and rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
5. Cut into desire shape and size
6. Brush with milk and sprinkle with brown sugar and parmesan cheese.
7. Baked in ELBA electric oven at 190˚C for about 20 -30 minutes.
