妈蜜排骨 Marmite Ribs

[材料]

肉排500克(斩成小块)

[腌料]

生抽2汤匙、糖1汤匙、松肉粉1/2茶匙、粟粉1 1/2大匙

[酱汁]

生抽1汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、妈蜜菜汁1茶匙、糖2茶匙、蜜糖1汤匙、滚水3汤匙

[做法]

1.把肉骨加入腌料捞匀腌约1小时。

2.然后放入热油炸至金黄色及熟,取出沥油。

3.留油少许,倒入酱汁煮至起泡,加入已炸好的肉骨快速兜匀且沾满酱汁便可上碟。

Condiments:

2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp tenderizer, 1 1/2 tbsp corn flour

Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp Marmite sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp boiling water

Method:

  1. Marinate ribs with condiments for 1 hour.
  2. Deep fry ribs until golden brown, drain.
  3. Keep some oil in wok, cook sauce ingredients until boil, toss in ribs and stir to mix quickly, dish out.
