巧克力酱发糕Chocolate Garnach Fatt Kueh

【蛋糕材料】
A:鸡蛋1粒、幼糖125克、黄油1茶匙
B:鲜奶120毫升、自发面粉160克、凡尼拉香精1茶匙
C:纸杯及铝挞杯

【巧克力浆材料】
Milo粉1汤匙、巧克力粉1汤匙、甜炼奶1大汤匙、鲜奶2汤匙

【做法】
1.将巧克力浆材料搅拌均匀,然后隔水蒸至巧克力浆溶解待用。(图1-3)
2.把A料打至浓糊状,加入B料混合拌匀成浓面糊。(图4-7)
3.把面糊舀入纸杯至八分满。(图8)
4.待蒸锅的水滚后,移入以大火蒸15分钟即可。
5.把巧克力浆淋入发糕上便可享用。

【Ingredients】
A:1 egg, 125 castor sugar, 1 tsp Ovalette
B:10ml fresh milk, 170g self-rising flour, 1 tsp vanilla essence
C:paper cup and aluminum tart mould

【Chocolate Garnach】
1 tbsp Milo powder, 1 tbsp chocolate powder, 1 tbsp condensed milk, 2 tbsp fresh milk

【Method】
1.Mixes chocolate Garnach ingredients, and then double boil until chocolate melted.(pic 1-3)
2.Blend ingredients A into batter, and then mix in ingredients B to become thick batter.(pic 4-7)
3.Pour batter into paper cup until 80% full.(pic 8)
4.Steam in high heat for 15 minutes.
5.Pour Chocolate Garnach over the Fatt Kueh, done.
