干烧酱骨 Braised Pork Ribs

材料 :
排骨600克(斩件)、蒜头1粒(去衣拍扁)、油3汤匙
腌料 :
生抽2汤匙、糖1汤匙
酱料 :
蕃茄酱1汤匙、辣椒酱1½汤匙、酸梅酱1½汤匙、伍斯特酱1½汤匙、淅醋2汤匙、蚝油½汤匙、糖1汤匙、水¼碗
做法 :
1. 把排骨加入腌料腌制2-3小时。(图1)
2. 启动KHIND气压锅PC6000,选择“Custom”功能,设定时间10分钟,按“St art ”。(图2)
3. 将油倒入KHIND气压锅PC6000的内锅里,爆香蒜头,接着放入已腌好的排骨煎至两面呈金黄色后取出备用,
留少许油在锅内。(图3-6)
4. 将蒜头和排骨放回锅内,倒入酱料拌炒均匀,盖上顶盖,选择“Ribs”功能,并按“Start”,即可开始烹煮。(图7-9)
5. 时间完成后,需先释放气压再打开锅盖 ,即可盛出享用。(图10)

INGREDIENTS :
600g pork ribs (chopped in bite size), 1 whole garlic(peeled and smashed), 3 tbsp cooking oil
MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1½ tbsp chili sauce, 1½ tbsp plum sauce, 1 ½ tbsp worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp Chinese red
vinegar, ½ tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, ¼ bowl water
METHOD :
1 Marinate the pork ribs with the marinade ingredients for 2-3 hours. (pic 1)
2 On KHIND Electric Pressure Cooker PC6000, select “Custom” function, set timer to 10 minutes, press “Start”. (pic 2)
3 Pour cooking oil into KHIND Electric Pressure Cooker PC6000 inner pot, saute garlic till fragrant, add in
pork ribs and fry until both side golden brown, remove pork ribs and garlic from the pot and then remove
the oil. (pic 3-6)
4 Place pork ribs and garlic into the pot, pour in sauce ingredients and stir fry evenly, cover the lid and select
“Ribs” function, press “Start”. (pic 7-9)
5 Once cooking time is completed, release pressure 肉质酥烂,骨香浓郁,汁浓味鲜,咸中带甜before opening the lid. Dish out on serving plate.
