开胃榨菜Sichuan Pickled Mustard Appetizers

【材料】
榨菜400克、干冬菇60克(浸软切丝)、红辣椒2条(切片)、辣椒干1条(切段)、炒香芝麻1茶匙、麻油1⁄2茶匙

【调味料】
黄糖1⁄2茶匙、香菇精1⁄2茶匙、盐1⁄2茶匙

【做法】
1.把榨菜洗净切丝浸水,去除咸味。
2.烧热锅放入冬菇丝、榨菜丝炒至干,盛起备用。
3.另烧热少许麻油锅,加入辣椒干炒至香,然后加入榨菜、冬菇丝及调味料炒匀,最后加入辣椒丝拌匀即可食用。

【Ingredients】
Sichuan pickled mustard 400g, dry mushroom 60g (soaked and shredded), 2 red chili (slice), 1 dry chili (cut block), 1 tsp toasted sesame, 1⁄4 tsp sesame oil

1⁄4 tsp brown sugar, 1⁄2 tsp mushroom stock granules, 1⁄2 tsp salt

【Method】
1.Rinse Sichuan pickled mustard and cut into thin shreds. Soak with water to remove excess salt.
2.Heat wok, add in Sichuan pickled mustard and mushroom, fry well till dry, dish out.
3.Heat some sesame oil in frying pan, add in Sichuan pickled mustard, mushroom and seasoning, fry well. Lastly add in slice chili, done.
