彩虹金钱芋饼 Rainbow Yam Cake

【材料】
芋头300克、香酥鸡3粒、鲜香菇3朵、马蹄2粒、糯米粉1汤匙
【调味料】
盐1⁄2小匙、胡椒粉1⁄8小匙、麻油少许、五香粉1⁄4小匙
【面糊】
面粉1汤匙、清水3汤匙,拌匀
彩虹面包糠粉1碗
【做法】
1.将芋头去皮,洗净切粗片,蒸熟压成泥状。(图1-2)
2.把所有材料与芋泥、调味料一起拌均匀,做成圆形饼状,滚上面糊,再沾上面包糠粉,压扁,中间用筷子
插一个洞。(图3-7)
3.烧热7分热油,把金钱芋饼炸至金黄色即可上碟。(图8)
【Ingredients】
300g yam, 3 pcs crispy mock chicken, 3 pcs fresh mushroom, 2 water chestnuts, 1 tbsp glutinous rice flour
【Seasoning】
1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄8 tsp pepper, some sesame oil, 1⁄2 tsp 5 spiced powder
【Batter】
1 tbsp plain flour mix with 3 tbsp water
1 bowl rainbow bread crumb
【Method 】
1. Peel yam and slice thickly, and then steam till soften and mashed.(pic 1-2)
2. Mixes all other ingredients and seasoning with mashed yam into dough, shape roundly and coat with
batter follow with rainbow bread crumb, then press firmly, punch a little hole in the middle using chopped stick.(pic 3-7)
3. Heat oil in wok until 70% hot; deep fry the yam cake until golden brown, done.(pic 8)
