情人曲奇饼Love Cookies

【饼干材料】
A:含盐牛油1块(227克)、细糖200克、盐1/2茶匙、A蛋1粒、香草精1 1/2茶匙
B:普通面粉400-410克、发粉1/2茶匙、小苏打粉1/4茶匙、无糖可可粉50克

【饼干做法】
1.把A料混合,过筛。
2.用电动搅拌器把牛油、糖及盐搅拌至发起。
3.加入鸡蛋,搅拌至发起,然后加入香精。
4.改成慢速,慢慢加入粉料,搅拌至光滑面团。
5.把面团分成2份,装入塑胶袋,放入冰箱至少1小时。
6.把烤炉预热至170℃,把烤盘涂油。
7.在工作台面撒少许面粉,把冷藏的面团擀成1/8寸厚面皮,然后随意切出形状,再放到烤盘上,扫掉表面多余的面粉。
8.放入烤炉烤15-20分钟,中途转盘数次至饼干周围坚固,中间少许涨发为止。
9.让饼干在烤盘上稍微冷却后才移去架子上摊凉,待完全冷却后才涂上皇家糖霜。

【皇家糖霜】
蛋白2个、糖粉220克、栗米粉2汤匙红/黑色素少许

【皇家糖霜做法】
1.把所有材料混合均匀。
2.把材料分2份,然后个别上色才装饰。
3.等糖霜凝结后才可以把饼干收罐。

【Cookies Ingredients】
A:1 block Salted butter(227g), 200g castor sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 “Grade A” egg, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
B:400g-410g plain flour(sifted), 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 50g unsweetened cocoa powder

【Method for cookies】
1.In a large bowl, sift together all ingredients A, set aside.
2.In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream butter, sugar and salt on medium speed until light and fluffy.
3.Add egg, beating well, add vanilla and beat to combine.
4.Reduce speed to low and gradually add flour mixture, mixing until combined and smooth dough.
5.Divide dough in half, press out into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour.
6.Preheat oven to 170℃. Grease baking sheets with butter; set aside.
7.On a lightly floured work surface, roll out chilled dough to 1/8 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters and transfer shapes to prepared baking sheets, brushing off any extra flour from the tops.
8.Bake for15-20 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through, until the edges are firm and the centers are slightly puffed.
9.Let cool for several minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, decorate with royal icing.

【Royal Icing】
2 egg whites, 220 g icing sugar, 2 Tbsps corn flour,red food colouring, black, sprinkles

【To prepare icing and decorate】
1.Mixes all ingredients properly.
2.Separate into 2 set and tint each with different color and start decorating.
3.Leave icing to set before storing in jars.
