摩卡隔夜燕麦 Steamed Mocha & Over-night Oat

材料 :
传统燕麦1杯、纯可可粉1汤匙、黑咖啡1杯、MTC椰油1茶匙、枫糖浆2茶匙、花生酱1汤匙、椰子干适量、巧克力口味燕麦片适量
制法 :
1. 将传统燕麦和纯可可粉放进可封密的罐子内。(图1)
2. 倒入黑咖啡、MTC椰油和枫糖浆,拌匀后,将盖子关紧,然后放入雪柜内,冷藏一夜。(图2)
3. 取出摩卡隔夜燕麦,舀入1汤匙花生酱、适量的黑巧克力和撒上适量的椰子干,即可享用。(图3)

INGREDIENTS :
1 cup rolled oat, 1 tbsp coco powder, 1 cup black coffee, 1 tsp MTC coconut oil, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp peanut butter, some grated dried coconut, some chocolate flavour Oats
METHOD :
1. Place oat and coco powder in a jar.(pic 1)
2. Pour in black coffee, MTC coconut oil and maple syrup; shake well and air-tighten the jar, keep in fridge over-night.(pic 2)
3. Scoop in 1 tbsp peanut, some black chocolate and desiccated grated coconut; serve.(pic 3)
