木瓜酸柑酥卷Papaya-Lime Strudel

【材料】
食油适量、熟木瓜肉500克(切小块)、酸柑2粒取皮切细丝,酸柑汁1汤匙、黄糖1汤匙、现买冷冻油酥面皮2张(12 X12 寸,解冻)、消化饼50克(捣碎)、鸡蛋1粒(打散)、糖粉适量

【做法】
1.把烤炉预热至190℃,烤盘涂油。
2.把木瓜肉、酸柑皮及黄糖混合。(图1-3)
3.把油酥面皮擀平,铺上饼干碎,周围留2寸宽的空间。然后铺上木瓜混合料,上面撒上饼干碎。(图4-5)
4.在油酥皮周围刷上蛋液。(图6)
5.把油酥皮从边折上来,然后卷成筒状,小心移到烤盘里,接口处向下。
6.酥皮表面刷上食油,然后放入预热烤炉里烤35-40分钟或至金黄色。(图7-8)
7.吃前撒上适量糖粉,切3公分厚。

【Ingredients】
Some cooking oil , 500 g ripe papayas flesh (coarsely chopped), finely shredded lime peel from 2 limes, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 sheets frozen puff pastry dough (12×12-inches each, thawed), 50g finely crushed digestive / marie cookies, 1 egg (beaten lightly), some icing sugar

【Method】
1.Preheat oven to 190℃. Lightly coat a tray with cooking oil; set aside.
2.Combine the papayas, lime peel, lime juice and brown sugar in a medium bowl; set aside. (pic 1-3)
3.Slightly roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin, spreading with the digestive biscuits leaving a 2-inch border on all sides, spoon papaya mixture onto the pastry, top with some crushed biscuit. (pic 4-5)
4.Brush the sides with beaten egg.(pic 6)
5.Fold the long edges of the pastry over filling, then roll up into a cylinder. Carefully lift cylinder and place it, seal side down, onto prepared cookie sheet. (pic 7)
6.Lightly brush the top of the strudel with cooking oil and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.(pic 7-8)
7.Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving. Cut into 3cm thick slices.
