无盐牛油1 1/2块、细糖1/4杯、玉米糖浆2/3杯、柠檬2粒（取皮茸）、燕麦2 3/4杯、葡萄干1/2杯
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, 1/4 cup caster sugar, 2/3 cup light corn syrup, finely grated rind of 2 lem-ons, 2 3/4 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup golden raisins
1.Put the butter, sugar, corn syrup and lemon rind in a saucepan and heat gently until the butter has melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats and golden raisins. Mix well.
2.Spoon the dough into a greased and parchment-lined 8 inch square, shallow baking pan and level the surface with the back of a spoon.
3.Bake in a preheated oven, at 180°C, for about 20 minutes, until turning golden. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Peel off the lining paper and cut into squares or bars.
