桃胶炖百合Stew lily with peach gum

【材料】
黄耳20克、桃胶20克、百合30克、桂圆10粒、红枣5粒、热水800毫升、黄糖50克

【做法】
1.先把黄耳和挑胶各自泡过夜,清洗杂物。
2.百合泡软,冲洗待用。
3.将黄耳、桂圆、百合、红枣和热水一起放入炖锅里,炖约45分钟,然后加入桃胶,黄糖再炖15分钟即可,趁热享用。(图1-3)

20g yellow fungus, 20g peach gum, 30g lily, 10 longan, 5 red dates, 800ml hot water, 50g brown sugar

【METHOD】
1.Soak yellow fungus and peach gum overnigh to remove dirt.
2.Soak lily, wash and set aside.
3.Place yellow fungus, longan, lily , red dates and hot water into pot, stew for 45 minutes. Add in peach gum and brown sugar, continue stew for 15 minutes, serve hot. (pic 1-3)
