椰香布丁 Santan Pudding

【材料】
A:牛油150克、幼糖180克
B:鸡蛋3粒、Cocomas椰浆200毫升、淡奶油100毫升、椰
油1茶匙
C:白面包400克(切丁)、杂果100克
【做法】
1.将牛油和幼糖放入面包机搅拌桶内。选择功能“蛋糕”,按“开始”键。(图1)
2.当“哔哔哔”声响起,加入材料B至均匀,然后再加入材料C拌匀,烤至金黄色即可。(图2-5)

【Ingredients】
A:150g butter, 180g castor sugar
B:3 nos egg, 200ml Cocomas santan, 100ml UHT-cream, 1 tsp VCO
C:400g sandwich bread (cubed), 100g mixed fruit
【Method】
1.Put butter and castor sugar into i-Smart Maker Plus mixing bowl. Select menu “CAKE” and press
“START”key.(pic 1)
2.Once reminder”Beep Beep Beep”is sounded, add in ingredients B until mix evenly. Lastly put in Ingredients
C and bake until golden colour.(pic 2-5)
