沙丁鱼面包 Sardine Bun

【材料】
高筋面粉280克、无盐牛油50克、奶粉12克、糖40克、盐4克、鸡蛋(中型)1粒、水150毫升、干酵母4克
【馅料】
罐头沙丁鱼1罐、红辣椒2条、大葱1粒、盐适量
【做法】
1. 选择食谱9制作面包团。
2. 将材料(干酵母除外)放入Panasonic自动制面包机(SD-P104)内锅中,再将内锅放入机身内,盖好。
3. 在酵母容器内放入干酵母,然后按Start(开始)键进行面团搅拌。(图1)
4. 把沙丁鱼,红辣椒,洋葱炒熟,加盐调味备用。(图2)
5. 听到哔哔声后按Stop(取消)键,取出面团,把叶片拆下。
6. 把面团分成12份搓圆,再擀成10CM的面皮。(图3-4)
7. 在面皮上铺1匙沙丁鱼馅料,包好。(图5-6)
8. 把沙丁鱼面包平放上涂油烤盘,发酵约40分钟或至双倍大,然后涂上蛋液。(图7-8)
9. 放入预热的烤箱,以180度烤约12分钟至金黄色即可。(图9)

【Ingredients】
280g high protein flour, 50g unsalted butter, 12gmilk powder, 40g sugar, 4g salt, 1 B egg, 150ml water, 4g instant yeast
【Filling】
1 canned sardine, 2 red chili(shredded), 1 big onion(slices), salt to taste
【Method】
1. Select MENU 9 for the dough.
2. Put ingredients (except for instant yeast) into Panasonic Automated Bread Maker (SD-P104) inner pan and then insert to bread maker, close the lid.
3. Add instant yeast into the yeast dispenser and press Start button.(pic 1)
4. Stir-fry sardine with red chili and onion, season with salt, dish out and cool.(pic 2)
5. Press Stop button when you hear beep sound, take out dough from inner pan and remove the kneading blade.
6. Separate dough into 12 portions, pin rolls the dough into 10cm in diameter.(pic 3-4)
7. Wrap each dough with some sardine filling.(pic 5-6)
8. Place on a baking tray, let rise for about 40 minutes or double the size, rub egg sauce on the surface. (pic 7-8)
9. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 12 minutes or till slightly brown, done.(pic 9)
