20 stalks asparagus, 6 pcs fresh mushroom, 1 small piece ginger, 3 pips garlic (smashed), 1 tbsp Gou Qi, 1 tbsp olive oil,
½ tsp chicken powder, dash of salt
- Cut asparagus into blocks, slice mushroom, wash Gou Qi.
- Blanch asparagus and mushroom in boiling; drain.
- Sauté ginger and garlic with some oil, and then add in asparagus, stir-fry.
- Toss in mushroom, Gou Qi and seasoning.
- Drizzle some water on top, stir well and dish out.
