清蒸药膳鲜菇Steamed Mushrooms with Herbs

【材料】
鲜包茹菇200克、鲜冬菇3朵(切条)、鲜金针菇50克(去根部)、虫草花10克、红枣2粒(切条)、鲜山药50克(去皮切条)

【调味料】
当归粉11/2茶匙、枸杞10克、姜丝20克、盐1茶匙、麻油1 1/2茶匙、清水2汤匙、油1汤匙

【做法】
1.鲜包茹菇修去根部,冲洗沥干水分,放入蒸盘铺平待用。
2.把全部材料和调味料拌匀,淋在包茹菇上,入锅蒸约15分钟即可。

【Ingredients】
200g oyster mushroom, 3 fresh mushroom(shredded), 50 Fresh Enoki Mushroom (remove root), 10g Cordyceps flower, 2 red dates (shredded) , 50g wild yam (peel and cut shredded)

【Seasoning】
1 1/2 tsp dong gui powder, 10g wolfberries, 20g ginger shredded,1tsp salt, 11/2 sesame oil, 2tbsp water, 1 tbsp oil

【Method】
1.Oyster mushroom remove root, wash and drain, arrange on steam plate.
2.Mix all the ingredients with seasoning, pour on top of mushroom, steam for 15 minutes, done.
