炸蔬菜饼 Veggies Fritter

面糊材料 :
面粉300克、盐1小匙、糖½小匙、胡椒粉½小匙、水300毫升、蛋1粒、油2大匙
蔬菜 :
椰菜花80克(切小朵)、80西兰花克(切小朵)、包菜80克(切丝)、沙葛80克(切丝)、红萝卜50克(切丝)、蘑菇1罐(切片)、红辣椒1条(切丝)
制法 :
1. 将面糊材料放入大碗里拌匀,加入蔬菜拌匀。(图1-5)
2. 在滚油里烧热钢勺,把调好的材料放入钢勺里,放入滚油里炸至定形和脱离钢勺。(图6-7)
3. 用中火炸至金黄色,捞起,滤干油,依法做碗全部材料,即可。(图8)

BATTER INGREDIENTS :
300g plain flour, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp pepper, 300ml water, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil
VEGETABLES :
80g cauliflower (cut into florets), 80g broccoli (cut into florets), 80g cabbage (juliennes), 80g Sengkuang (juliennes), 50g carrot (juliennes), 1 can champignons mushroom (sliced), 1 red chili (juliennes)
METHOD :
1. Mixes all batter ingredients in mixing bowl, and then toss in all vegetables.(pic 1-5)
2. Heat ladle in hot oil and spoon some batter mixture onto ladle; and then deep fry in hot oil until the mixture separated form ladle.(pic 6-7)
3. Continue deep frying in medium heat until golden brown; drain. Repeat steps until all mixture used up.(pic 8)
