烧鸭津白老火汤Braised Roasted Duck with Chinese Cabbage

【材料】
烧鸭肉300克、津白300克、干贝4粒、红罗卜30克(切片)、姜2片、上汤1.2公升

【调味料】
盐少许、鸡精粉1茶匙

【做法】
1.津白洗净,烧鸭斩块。
2.烧热1汤匙油爆香姜片,跟着放入烧鸭略爆炒香。
3.加入津白,干贝和上汤煮滚后,改小火熬煮至津白够软。
4.加入红罗卜及调味料,再煮约5分钟即可。

【Ingredients】
300g roasted duck meat, 300g Chinese cabbage, 4 pcs dried scallops, 30g carrot (sliced), 2 slices ginger, 1.2 litre stock

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, 1 tsp chicken powder

【Method】
1.Wash Chinese cabbage and chop roasted duck into pieces.
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger until fragrant, toss in duck meat and stir-fry briskly.
3.Add in Chinese cabbage, dried scallop and pour in the stock, once boiled; simmer in low heat until Chinese cabbage softens.
4.Add in carrot and seasoning; continue cooking for another 5 minutes, done.
