無花果雪梨湯 Soup of Fig & Pear

【材料】
有机无花果干5粒、雪梨2粒、胡萝卜1根、粟米1条、鸿喜菇1把、黑枣10颗、龙眼干20颗、纯净水600毫升
【做法】
1. 鸿喜菇洗净切去根部;粟米切段再剖半备用。(图2)
2. 雪梨和胡萝卜洗净,去皮切块,备用。(图3)
3. 取一大锅,倒入纯净水,然后放进所有的材料,大火煮至滚后,转小火煮1个小时即可享用。(图4)

【Ingredients】
5 dried organic figs, 2 pears,1 carrot, 1 corn, 1 bunch of Enoki mushroom, 10 pcs black dates, 20 pcs dried longan, 600ml water
【Method】
1. Remove stems of Enoki mushroom and wash; cut corn into section then halve. (pic 2)
2. Peel pears and carrot and cut into pieces. (pic 3)
3. Place water and all ingredients in a pot. Bring to quick boil and then simmer n low heat for 1 hours, done. (pic 4)
