粽香排骨糯米饭Steamed Spare-Ribs With Sticky Rice

【材料】
糯米150克、猪小排300克、青葱适量、粽叶数片

【腌料】
五香粉2茶匙、蒜粉1茶匙、蚝油2汤匙、酱油1汤匙、黄糖1茶匙、麻油1茶匙、

【做法】
1.将糯米洗净,用清水浸泡过夜,捞起沥干水份,备用。(图1)
2.猪小排洗净后抹干水份,加入腌料混合均匀,腌至少30分钟或过夜。(图2)
3.将腌制好的小肋排裹上糯米、使均匀地沾满糯米。
4.取一蒸笼,铺上干净粽叶,排入糯米排骨,捆好。(图3)
5.放入蒸锅,大火蒸约2个小时;享用前撒上青葱即可。

【INGREDIENTS】
150g glutinous rice, 300g pork ribs, some chopped spring onion, some dumpling leaves

【MARINATE INGREDIENTS】
2 tsp five spices powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil

【METHOD】
1.Wash the glutinous rice, soak overnight and drain, set aside.(pic 1)
2.Wash the pork ribs, marinate with the seasoning for 30 minutes or overnight. (pic 2)
3.Coat the pork ribs with glutinous rice.
4.Lay the dumpling leave on the steamer,put in the pork ribs, wrapped and tie up with string. (pic 3)
5.Place into steamer and steam with high heat for 2 hours. Spread some spring onion on top when serve.
