紫番薯芝士枣Sweet Potato Cheese Dumpling

【材料】
紫色蕃薯500克 、糯米粉110克、芝士 5 片、幼糖30克、白芝麻1小碗

【做法】
1.蕃薯蒸熟去皮搓烂,加入糯米粉及幼糖搓匀,然后揉成长条,再切成小粒待用。(图1-4)
2.芝士揉成小粒,然后包入紫蕃薯内收口搓圆。(图5)
3.把薯球沾上水后再沾白芝麻。(图 6-7)
4.把炸油烧热,放入芝士薯枣炸至熟,便可取出沥干油。(图8)

【Ingredients】
500g purple color sweet potato, 110g glutinous rice, 5 slices cheese, 30g castor sugar, 1 small bowl sesame seeds

【Method】
1.Steam sweet potato, peel and mash, then mixes with glutinous rice flour and castor sugar; knead into long dough and then cut into small pieces.(pic 1-4)
2.Cut cheese into small pieces and wrap each with a portion of dough, shape into balls.(pic 5)
3.Dip the balls in water and then coat with sesame seed.(pic 6-7)
4.Deep fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown, dish out and drain.(pic 8)
