红糖蜜豆 砵仔糕 Steamed Red Beans Rice Pudding

材料(A):
粘米粉80克
澄面粉10克
纯净水95毫升
材料(B):
有机红糖80克
纯净水150毫升
材料(C):
蜜红豆适量
材料(D):
小碗8个
食油适量
制法 :
1. 将小碗涂上薄薄一层食油后,排入蒸
锅,盖上盖子预热。(图1)
2. 蜜红豆做法:将粉类过筛后,加入水,
搅拌至无粉粒,备用。(图2)
3. 将所有材料B以中小火煮至完全融
化,开大火煮至滚后,离火。(图3)
4. 趁滚热倒入米浆里,快手拌匀,备
用。(图4)
5. 打开蒸盖,快手将红豆和米浆注入小
碗内,盖上盖子,大火蒸约20分钟,
即可熄火取出,待凉,脱碗后即可享
用。(图5-6)

Ingredient (A) :
80g rice flour
10g wheat starch
95ml water
Ingredient (B) :
80g organic brown sugar, 150ml water
Ingredient (C) :
Some red beans
Ingredient (D) :
8 small bowls, Some cooking oil
Method :
1. Brush the small bowl with some cooking oil, arrange in
the steamer, cover and preheat. (pic 1)
2. To prepare red beans: Sieve all the flour ingredient, add
water stir well, set aside. (pic 2)
3. Cook all ingredients B over medium until completely
melted. Turn to high heat and bring to boil, off heat. (pic 3)
4. Pour it into the batter mixture while it is still simmering,
mix well quickly and set aside. (pic 4)
5. Open the steamer lid , quickly pour the red beans and
rice batter into the small bowl, close the lid and steam
for 20 minutes with high heat. Off heat and remove the
rice pudding from bowl after cool down, enjoy. (pic 5-6)
