纸包鸡 Paper Wrapped Chicken

┃材料┃
鸡全腿2只(洗净滴干,中间划一刀)
┃腌料┃
蚝油1汤匙、花雕酒1汤匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、姜茸2汤匙、白糖1汤匙、生粉1茶匙、黑酱油¼茶匙
12 X10寸油纸2张
┃做法┃
1.用腌料腌鸡全腿,收入冰箱至少3小时。(图1-2)
2.以油纸把鸡肉妥善包扎好。(图3-4)
3.把纸包鸡放入空气电炸锅的煎炸篮子里。
4.把篮子放入空气电炸锅里,启动电源。(图5)
5.选择“全鸡肉图标”,把时间调到45分钟,按“开始”键。(图6)
6.完成后取出鸡肉,趁热吃。(图7-8)

┃INGREDIENT┃
2 chicken whole legs (washed, drained & slit in the centre)
┃MARINADES┃
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Chinese wine, ½ tsp ground white pepper, 2 tbsps ground ginger, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp corn flour, ¼ tsp dark soya sauce
2 pieces greaseproof paper 12″x10″
┃METHOD┃
1.Marinate the chicken whole legs with its marinade for minimum 3 hours in the refrigerator. (pic 1-2)
2.Wrap each chicken with the greaseproof paper and fold nicely into packets. (pic 3-4)
3.Place the packets into  Air Fryer frying basket.
4.Slot the basket into  Air Fryer & switch on. (pic 5)
5.Select “whole chicken icon” , set timer to 45 minutes, then press “START”. (pic 6)
6.Ready to serve. (pic 7-8)
