绿茶红豆面包 Matcha & Red Bean Loaf

 

【材料】
高筋面粉200克、无盐牛油15克、奶粉5克、糖40克、盐4克、鸡蛋(中型)1粒、水80毫升、
绿茶粉10克、干酵母4克
【馅料】
红豆适量
【做法】
1. 把红豆煮熟沥干备用。
2. 选择食谱8制作面包团。
3. 将材料A(干酵母除外)放入自动制面包机内锅中,再将内锅放入面包机
身内,盖上。(图1-3)
4. 在酵母容器内放入干酵母,然后按Start(开始)键。(图4)
5. 听到哔哔声后取出面团,把叶片拆下。
6. 把面团擀平,包入红豆。(图5-6)
7. 把面团放回面包内锅内,再放入SD-P104内,盖好。(图7-8)
8. 再次按Start(开始)键至烘烤完成,传出哔哔声时,按Stop(取消)键,即可取出内锅,冷却
2分钟,扣出面包,切片享用。

【Ingredients】
200g high protein flour, 15g unsalted butter, 5g milk powder, 40g sugar, 4g salt, 1 B egg, 80ml
water, 10g green tea powder, 4g instant yeast
【Filling】
Some red beans
【Method】
1. Cook red beans until soften.
2. Select MENU 8 for the dough.
3. Put ingredients (except for instant yeast) into Bread Maker
inner pan and then insert to bread maker, close the lid.(pic 1-3)
4. Add instant yeast into the yeast dispenser and press Start button.(pic 4)
5. Open the lid when you hear beep sound, remove dough from inner pan and remove the
kneading blade.
6. Flatten the dough, wrap in red beans and then shape like bun.(pic 5-6)
7. Return the dough into inner pan and insert to Bread Maker again, close the lid. (pic 7-8)
8. Press Start button again. When you hear beep sound, press Stop button and take out the inner
pan, cooled down for 2 minutes, dislodge the
bread and slices to serve.
