绿茶薄荷糕Green Tea & Mint Flavour Cake

材料
Pokka绿茶薄荷 380克
糖 80克
牛奶 380克
燕菜粉 6克
即煮啫喱粉 15克

做法
1.所有材料放入锅中,边加热边搅拌,直到燕菜粉和即煮嗻哩粉全部融化。(图1-5)
2.将煮好的混合料倒入碗中,待完全凉后放入冰箱中冷藏6个小时。(图6)

INGREDIENTS :
380g Pokka mint flavour green tea, 80g sugar,380g milk,6g agar-agar powder, 15g instant jelly

METHOD :
1.Cook all ingredients in pot, stir until agar-agar and instant jelly powder totally dissolved. (pic 1-5)
2.Pour the solution into a few bowls; once set, keep in fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.(pic 6)
