绿茶麻糬Green Tea Mochi

材料
糯米粉 150克
Pokka 绿茶 230克
糖 50克
油 15克

调味料 :
糖粉 10克
花生粉 80克
黑芝麻 10克

做法
1.糯米粉加水搅拌均匀,搅拌成浓稠状。(图1-2)
2.碗先抹上一层植物油,再倒入糯米糊。放入蒸锅中大火蒸25分钟。(图3-4)
3.塑胶袋里倒入约 1 大匙植物油,放入蒸熟糯米团,搓揉至光滑有弹性。(图5-6)
4.糖粉加入花生粉和黑芝麻拌匀。(图7-8)
5.麻糬切成小块,沾上花生糖粉或芝麻糖粉既可食用。

INGREDIENTS:
150g glutinous rice flour, 230g Pokka green tea, 50g sugar, 15g oil

SEASONING:
10g icing sugar, 80g peanut powder, 10g black sesame

METHOD:
1.Mixes glutinous rice flour with water, blend into thick batter. (pic 1-2)
2.Pour into greased bowl and steam in medium heat for 25 minutes. (pic 3-4)
3.Greased a plastic bag with 1 tbsp oil, transfer steamed glutinous rice dough into the bag. Knead until smooth and elastic. (pic 5-6)
4.Mixes icing sugar with peanut powder and sesame. (pic 7-8)
5.Cut the glutinous rice dough into small pieces, coat with icing sugar mixture and serve.
