翡翠云石豆浆汤圆 Marble Jade Dumpling

【粉团材料】
糯米粉150克、班兰汁2汤匙、水约75毫升、少许青色素
【糖水材料】
班兰叶5片(打结)、龙眼干3 0克、豆浆水6 0 0毫升、糖100克
【做法】
1. 粉团做法:糯米粉、班兰汁及水拌匀,搓成光滑面团。(图1-2)
2. 滴入数滴青色素,搓揉成翡翠云石粉团,再分成小团,揉成小汤圆。
3. 把汤圆放入滚水中煮至浮起,然后盛出,浸泡在冷水中片刻。(图3-4)
4. 将糖水材料全部煮至滚后,加入汤圆便可。(图5-7)

【Ingredients】
150g glutinous rice flour, 2 tbsp pandan juice, 75ml water, drops of green coloring
【Sugar Syrup】
5 sprigs pandan leaves (knotted), 30g dried Logan, 600ml soya milk, 100g sugar (pre-boiled)
【Method】
1. To made dough: Mixes glutinous rice flour, pandan juice and water; knead into smooth dough.(pic 1-2)
2. Add in a few drops of green coloring and knead into marble looks; apportion into small dough and shape
balls.
3. Boil dumplings balls until afloat; and then soak in cold water briefly.(pic 3-4)
4. Cook syrup ingredients in a pot and bring to boil, add in dumplings and serve.(pic 5-7)
