腰豆麻糬Abe Kawa Mochi

【材料】
现成冰皮1公斤、腰豆400克、糖粉60克

【做法】
1.把冰皮切成3份。
2.把冰皮放入滚水中煮。
3.煮软的冰皮取出,待凉,切小块。
4.起锅热油,把腰豆炸至香酥。
5.把炸酥的腰豆滴干油,然后让它风干凉透,才放入电动搅拌器内打成粉状。
6.用60克的糖粉和腰豆粉混合均匀。
7.把冰皮沾上以上腰豆粉,即可享用。

【小贴士】
使用糖粉取代砂糖是为了避免腰豆粉在混合时出现块状。

1kg kiri mochi or glutinous rice cake, 400gm cashewnuts, 60gm icing sugar

【Method】
1.Divide glutinous rice cake into 3 portions.
2.Cook the glutinous rice cake in a pot of boiling water until soft.
3.Lay the glutinous rice cake on tray to cool.Cut into bite size.
4.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cashew nuts until crispy golden brown.
5.Drain the oil from the cashew nuts and place it in a blender to blend until powder form.
6.Mix cashew nuts powder with 60gm of icing sugar.
7.Finally coat the glutinous rice cake with the mixed cashew nuts and icing sugar and serve.
