豆腐烧肉粉丝煲 Braised Roasted Meat with Glass noodles

【材料】
120克烧肉、1砖油炸豆腐、60克粉丝(浸软)、2辨蒜头(拍扁)、5片姜、1棵菁葱(切段)、1条红辣椒(切片)、600毫升上汤
【调味料】
1汤匙生抽、½汤匙鱼露、1茶匙鸡精粉、少许盐
【做法】
1. 把烧肉切成中等大小块;豆腐1开6。
2. 热少许油爆香蒜、姜片,放入豆腐和烧肉炒香。(图1-3)
3. 将材料移入瓦煲,加入上汤煮约5分钟,然后放入粉丝和调味料再煮沸,加入青葱及辣椒片即可上桌。(图4-5)

120g roasted meat, 1 block deep fried tofu, 60g glass noodles (soaked), 5 slices ginger, 1 stalk spring onion (cut sections), 1 red chili (sliced), 600ml stock
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp chicken powder, dash of salt
【Method】
1. Cut roasted meat into bite size; cut tofu into 6 pieces.
2. Sauté garlic and ginger with some oil until fragrant; toss in tofu and roasted meat. (pic 1-3)
3. Transfer the ingredienets to claypot, pour in stock, boil for 5 minutes at medium heat. Add in glass noodle and seasoning, bring to boil again, toss in spring onion and red chili, dish out.(pic 4-5)
