酥炸香蕉Crispy Fried Banana Fritters

【材料】
适量香蕉(去皮切斜块)

【面糊】
粘米粉100克、薯粉50克、椰浆头/清水125-150毫升、枧水浆1茶匙、黄色素少许(随意)、盐1小撮
菜油1汤匙(溶解)

【顶料】
巧克力150克(溶解)、cheddar芝士150克(刨茸)

【做法】
1.把所有面糊材料混合成浓面糊,然后加入溶解菜油。(图1-3)
2.以中火把炸油加热。
3.把切片香蕉沾面糊后投入油锅炸至金黄色。(图4-5)
4.炸好的香蕉放在纸巾上吸干油,然后吃前淋上溶解的巧克力和撒上芝士茸即可。(图6-7)

【Ingredients】
Pisang abu /raja/tanduk/ (skinned and cut slightly slanted)

【Batter】
100g rice flour, 50g tapioca flour, 125 -150 ml thick coconut milk / water, 1 tsp air kapur ‘lye paste’, A little yellow food coloring [optional], a pinch of salt
1 Tbsp margarine(melted)

【Topping】
150g chocolate(melted), 150g cheddar cheese (shredded)

【Method】
1.In a mixing bowl, combine all batter ingredients and mix into a thick batter; and then add in melted margarine.(pic 1-3)
2.Heat sufficient cooking oil and heat to medium.
3.Dip the sliced bananas into the frying batter and deep fry turning over once until golden brown.(pic 4-5)
4.Drain on paper towels. Top each fried banana with melted chocolate then drizzle with grated cheddar before serving.(pic 6-7)
