酥皮叉烧鸡 Char Siu Chicken Puff

【材料】
鸡全腿(去骨)2只、酥皮1包、蛋液½粒
【腌料】
义烧酱1汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、生抽1汤匙、麻油1茶匙
【做法】
1. 鸡腿肉加入腌料捞匀,腌置2-3小时,然后放入烤炉以200℃烧烤至两面熟透,即成烧烤鸡腿,取出切成
等块,备用。(图1-3)
2. 取一片酥皮包入一块烧烤鸡肉,再用蛋液封口,用叉稍插些小洞再搽上蛋液。(图4-6)
3. 移入已预热烤箱,以180℃烤至酥皮呈现酥脆金黄色即可。

【Ingredients】
2 chicken whole legs (debone) , 1 pkt pastry (store bought) , ½ beaten egg
【Condiments】
1 tbsp Char Siew sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil
【Method】
1. Marinate chicken whole leg with condiments for 2-3 hours; and then grill in oven at 200℃ until both
sides cooked. Cut into piece and set aside. (pic 1-3)
2. Wrap one piece of grilled chicken in a sheet of pastry, seal with egg sauce; prick some holes with
a fork and then spread the surface with egg sauce. (pic 4-6)
3. Shift into oven and bake at 180℃ until golden brown.
