雪梨果药膳焖鸡翼 Stewed chicken wings with yacon and herbal

【材料A】
雪莲果150克(去皮切丁)
鸡翼6只
青红甜椒适量(切丁)
【药膳B】
枸杞6克、黄芪6克、
黄精6克、玉竹8克、
生地6克、红枣8粒(去核)、
清水1000毫升
【调味料】
盐少许
【做法】
1.把药膳预先以中小火煮40分钟,然后滤出
汁备用。(图1)
2.鸡翼切开2段,去除翼尖,加入2汤匙生
粉及1汤匙粗盐抓洗,然后以清水冲洗干
净。(图2-3)
3.热锅适量油,加入鸡翼炒匀,加入雪莲果
及药膳汤汁焖煮至收干汁及熟。加入少许
盐和青红椒拌炒一下,即可上碟。(图4-6)

【Ingredients A】
150g Yacon (peel and dice), 6 chicken wings,
some green and red capsicum (dice)
【Herbal】
6g wolfberry, 6g Huang Qi,
6g Huang Jing, 8g yuk zuk,
6g sheng di, 8 red dates (remove seed),
1000ml water
【Seasoning】
Dash of salt
【Method】
1. In a small pot, cook herbal with low heat for 40 minutes,
filter and set aside.(Pic 1)
2. Cut chicken wings in 2, add 2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp
salt to rub clean, wash and set aside.(Pic 2-3)
3. Heat oil in wok, stir fry chicken wings, add
inYacon and herbal soup, cook
until sauce reduce. Add in salt
and capsicum, stir until well combine.(Pic 4-6)
