韩式蜜糖炸鸡Korean Honey Fried Chicken

材料A:
鸡翅12只
蔓越梅适量
南瓜籽适量

材料B:
黑胡椒粉1茶匙
海盐1茶匙
低筋面粉¼杯
木薯粉¼杯
鸡蛋2-3颗

酱料材料:
牛油60克
蒜茸1汤匙
酱油2茶匙
蜜糖4汤匙
黄糖2汤匙

做法:
1.将鸡翅去掉翅尖,砍为两节,洗净、抹干水份备用。
2.将所有的材料B混合均匀成面糊,放入鸡翅匀裹上面糊备用。
3.起锅热油,把鸡翅炸至金黄后捞起,然后再重复炸一次,盛出滴干油。
4.另取一干净锅子,下牛油和蒜茸小火炒至金黄、冒泡后加入酱油和黄糖,炒匀。
5.下蜜糖、蔓越梅、南瓜籽和炸鸡翅,拌匀后立刻熄火,即可上桌。

1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp sea salt,¼ cup superfine flour, ¼ cup tapioca flour, 2-3 eggs

SAUCE INGREDIENTS
60g butter, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp brown sugar

METHOD
1.Cut off tips of chicken wings, chop into 2 portion and pat dry.
2.Mixes all ingredients B into batter, use it to coat chicken wings.
3.Heat oil in wok, deep fry the chicken wings until golden brown, dish out; return to wok and fry again, dish out and drain.
4.In another clean wok, saute garlic with butter until golden brown and bubbling, add in soy sauce and brown sugar, stir to mix.
5.Toss in honey, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and fried chicken wings, mixes well, dish out and serve immediately.
