香料拌饭Fresh Herbed Rice

【材料】
白饭4杯、虾米100克(洗净浸泡后剁碎)、咸鱼50克(煎熟弄碎)、香茅3枝(切细丝)、黄姜叶2片(切丝)、沙姜叶6片(切丝)、嫩黄姜1寸(切丝)、小葱头5粒(切丝)、 蒜头 4 瓣(切片)、疯柑叶10片(切丝)、 红指天椒5条(剁碎)、炒香椰丝5-6汤匙(随意)

【做法】
1.把所有材料放入大容器内搅拌均匀 。 (图1-5)
2.即刻享用。

【Ingredients】
4 cups cooked white rice (fluffed up), 100g dried shrimps (washed soaked and ground finely with a blender), 50g salted fish (pan fried, then shredded), 3 stalks lemon grass(sliced finely), 2 large fresh tumeric leaves (sliced finely), 6 fresh cekur leaves (sliced finely), 1″ young turmeric (sliced finely), 5 shallots (sliced thinly), 4 pips garlic(sliced thinly), 10 kaffir lime leaves(sliced finely), 5 red bird’s eye chilly(sliced, for those who like it spicy), 5-6 tbsp toasted grated coconut(kerisek, optional)

【Method】
1.In a large salad bowl, quickly toss all the above ingredients together.(pic 1-5)
2.Serve immediately.
