香蕉巧克力碎蛋糕 Banana & Chocolate Chips Cake

【材料】
A:低筋面粉190克、泡打粉10克、糖80克、无盐牛
油100克、鸡蛋1粒、奶粉10克
B:香蕉2条、巧克力碎20克
【做法】
1. 选择食谱12制作蛋糕。
2. 将材料放入自动制面包机内锅中,再将内锅置入机身内,盖上,按
Start(开始)键。(图1-4)
3. 把香蕉用叉压烂备用。(图5)
4. 听到哔哔声后打开上盖,清除周围的面粉,然后加入香蕉泥和巧克力碎。(图6)
5. 盖上,然后再次按Start(开始)键进行烘烤蛋糕。
6. 如果烘烤不足时,别按Stop(取消)键,改按Minute (分钟)键,设定烘烤时间,再按Start(开始)键,进行加时烘烤。

【Ingredients】
A:190g super fine flour, 10g baking powder, 80gsugar, 100g unsalted butter,1 egg, 10g milk
powder
B:2 banana, 20g chocolate chips
【Method】
1. Select MENU 12 for the batter.
2. Put ingredients into Panasonic Automated Bread Maker (SD-P104) inner pan, then insert
to bread maker, close the lid, press Start button.( pic 1-4)
3. Mash banana with folk, set aside.(pic 5)
4. Open the lid once you hear beep sound, using a rubber spatula to clean the residual flour
arround, add in mashed banana and chocolate chips.(pic 6)
5. Cover lid and press Start button again for baking.
6. You may perform additional baking within 15 minutes by choosing Minutes and set the time
needed. Press Start button again.
