鸳鸯炒面线 Ying & Yang Noodle

┃材料┃
A: 生面1粒、面线2粒
B: 甜菜浦30克、红辣椒丝50克、韭黄50克(切段)、银芽
30克、虾米20克、鸡蛋1粒
┃调味料┃
蚝油½汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、LP汁1茶匙
┃配料┃
生菜丝100克
┃做法┃
1. 生面煮熟,再放入熱油裡炸至金黄色,压成段状备用。 (图1-2)
2. 面线炸至金黄色,飞水至软备用。(图3)
3. 爆香虾米和鸡蛋,加入调味料和其他材料翻炒均匀盛碟。(图4-8)
4. 搭配生菜丝即可享用。

┃INGREDIENT┃
A: 1 egg noodle, 2 bunch Mee Suah
B: 30g pickled sweet radish, 50g shredded red chili, 50g yellow chives (cut sections), 30g bean sprout, 20g dried shrimp, 1 egg
┃SEASONING┃
½ tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp LP sauce
┃GARNISHING┃
Shredded lettuce
┃METHOD┃
1. Scud egg noodle until cooked; and then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; press to crush it. (pic 1-2)
2. Deep fry Mee Suah until golden brown; and then blanch in boiling water until soften. (pic 3)
3. Sauté dried shrimp and egg until fragrant, toss in seasoning and all other ingredients until well mixed.(pic4-8)
4. Dish out and garnish with lettuce.
