黄芥末奶酪炸鸡Mustard Yogurt Fried Chicken

材料A :
鸡腿8只
胡椒粉1茶匙
海盐1茶匙

材料B :
全脂牛奶300毫升
原味酸奶300毫升
新鲜迷迭香2支
洋葱粉2汤匙
蒜粉1汤匙

材料C :
普通面粉2杯
黄芥末粉2茶匙
黄姜粉1茶匙
胡椒粉½茶匙
海盐½茶匙

蘸酱 :
希腊酸奶100克
洋葱丁1颗

做法 :
1.将鸡腿洗净抹干,以胡椒粉和海盐涂抹腌制10分钟备用。
2.将所有的材料B混合搅拌均匀后倒入保鲜袋,放入鸡腿肉,封密后放进雪柜内腌制过夜。
3.将所有材料C里的粉类混合均匀,然后裹上鸡腿肉。
4.将鸡腿肉块沾上奶液,再裹上一层香料面粉,拍去多余的粉,放置一旁备用。
5.起锅热油,把鸡腿肉放进油锅内炸至金黄色即可捞起,沥干油分。
6.将炸鸡放进烤箱以200℃高温,烤约12分钟至微焦后取出,配以自选伴菜和蘸酱一起享用。

INGREDIENTS A
8 Chicken drumsticks, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sea salt

INGREDIENTS B
300ml full cream milk, 300ml original yogurt, 2 stalks rosemary, 2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder

2 cups plain flour, 2 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp sea salt

DIPPING SAUCE
100g Greek yogurt, 1 onion (chopped)

METHOD
1.Wash chicken drumsticks, pat dry and marinate with pepper and sea salt for 10 minutes.
2.Mixes all ingredients B, pour into plastic bag, and then place chicken drumsticks into the bag, sealed and keep in fridge overnight.
3.Mixes all ingredients C and use it to coat chicken drumsticks.
4.Dip the chicken drumsticks in marinating sauce again before coat with another layer of flour mixture, shake off excessive powder.
5.Heat oil in wok, deep fry the chicken drumsticks until golden brown; drain.
6.Bake chicken drumsticks in oven at 200℃ for 12 minutes. Serve with accompanying salad and dipping sauce.
