【周日烘焙】无蛋巧克力蛋糕Egg Less Chocolate Cake

【蛋糕材料】
A:植物油85毫升、黄糖125毫升、盐 1⁄2茶匙
B:苏打粉1茶匙、无糖巧克力粉30克、普通面粉210克(筛过)、香草味香精1茶匙、牛奶250毫升+ 1汤匙白醋

【顶料装饰】
碎开心果和巧克力粒适量

【蛋糕做法】
1.把烤炉预热至180℃,用牛油涂满蛋糕盆。
2.把油,糖及盐放入搅拌器中搅拌至糖溶解。(图1-3)
3.把干料,牛奶及醋加入搅拌成糊。(图4-5)
4.把面糊倒入蛋糕盆,上面撒开心果碎和巧克力粒。(图5-6)
5.放入烤炉烤35-40分钟,以竹签插入测试熟度,以不沾物为准。(图7)
6.把蛋糕倒扣出来待完全冷却后才切片吃。

【Cake Ingredients】
A:85 ml Vegetable Oil, 125 g brown sugar, 1⁄2 tsp salt
B: 1 tsp baking soda, 30 g unsweetened coca powder (sifted), 210 g plain flour(sifted), 1 tsp Vanilla essence, 250 ml Milk + 1 Tbsp white vinegar

【Topping】
Chopped pistachio nuts and some choc chips(for deco)

【To prepare cake】
1.Pre-heat the oven to 180 ℃. Grease the loaf pan generously with butter or brush with oil.
2.In a mixing bowl, beat oil, sugar and salt until sugar dissolves. (pic 1-3)
3.Sift in sifted dry ingredients and mix in milk and vinegar.(pic 4-5)
4.Pour mixture into the prepared Loaf Pan. Top with pistachio nuts and choc chips.(pic 5-6)
5.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.(pic 7)
6.Remove and cool cake before cutting to serve.
